04/20/2008, FINAL: AZVN - Alci's: 1-0 : After a few slumping seasons without championship title, AZVN has finally defeated Alci's 1-0 to become the EVSL Division I Champions.   It was a close game in the first half with both teams failed to open the score on a couple easy opportunities.  The game was scoreless at the half. Alci's was down to 9-men team after awarded with two red cards in the early second half.  With 10 minutes left in the game, AZVN's star midfielder Duy Nguyen scored the only goal for the game with a beautiful assist from the veteran Son Le. 

Duy Nguyen was voted by the team as the Most Valuable Player of the Game. AZVN interim team captain Vi Hoang was awarded by the League with the Manager of the Season Trophy.

AZVN would like to thank you all the individuals who have been supporting the team in the past few seasons.  For this season, the team would like to congratulate and recognize the hard work of the following outstanding individuals:
